Packaging Engineer

Manage the design, planning, validation and implementation of new packaging technologies, materials, line extensions, package/product improvement and technical service for Attindas Health Partners. Deliver ideas to increase the value of the company (cost reductions, innovations, solutions, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 7 - 10 years of professional work experience in a packaging or product development role
• MS Office Application experience
• Familiarity with European packaging standards, pallets, etc.
• Experience with artwork processes associated with printed packaging
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Technical expertise in materials traditionally used for CPG items
• Experience translating concept drawings to technical die lines
• Ability to communicate requirements for product design
• Results-based leadership skill set with strong impact and influencing skills
• Experienced/demonstrated ability to solve problems systematically utilizing scientific methodologies and process focus
