Client Services Assistant

We are looking for a Client Services Assistant to assist Client Services Representatives and Solution Specialists in addressing client inquiries and communicating results in an efficient manner. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic team environment and contribute to ARUP's culture of accountability, integrity, service, and excellence.

Requirements

• Monitor and call flagged patient results to clients as needed
• Communicate routine results appropriately based on client requests
• Continuously monitor work queues for outbound requests
• Monitor, investigate, and complete pending lists as needed
• Assist with various data entry tasks as needed
• Exercise careful deliberation and judgment pertaining to complex job requirements and responsibilities
• Exhibit high quality performance through accuracy and commitment in a timely manner
• Promote and exercise information management through case ownership and prioritization
