Client Services Assistant

The Client Services Assistant will assist Client Services Representatives and Solution Specialists to ensure client inquiries are addressed and client results are communicated in an expeditious and efficient manner. The role involves monitoring and calling flagged patient results to clients, communicating routine results, and completing data entry tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Monitor and call flagged patient results to clients as needed
• Communicate routine results appropriately based on client requests
• Continuously monitor work queues for outbound requests
• Monitor, investigate, and complete pending lists as needed
• Assist with various data entry tasks as needed
• Exercise careful deliberation and judgment pertaining to complex job requirements and responsibilities to best serve the patient, customer, and ARUP
• Exhibits high quality performance through accuracy and commitment in a timely manner
• Promote and exercise information management through case ownership and prioritization by providing thorough documentation and follow through when appropriate for customer satisfaction
