Requirements
- IT administration or IT support roles/Customer Support
- Microsoft 365 administration (user management, groups, licenses)
- Managing IT assets and devices
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS administration (Windows 10/11)
- Active Directory / Entra ID user and group management
- Device provisioning and management (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices)
- Familiarity with IT asset management tools or inventory systems
- Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk)
- Basic understanding of endpoint security practices (antivirus, device policies, updates)
- Ability to create and maintain IT documentation and knowledge base article
