Job Description
Asana is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Product Engineering group in New York City. This role focuses on improving work management and supporting Asana's core product. The Engineer will design, build, and release features used by millions of users, mentor other engineers, and partner with Tech Leads to drive technical strategy. It is a hybrid position based in the office and work-from-home options.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in large codebases
- 1+ years of experience leading complex projects
- Sound judgment when balancing moving quickly with producing quality code
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders and PM/Design partners
- Appreciation for productivity and deep care for helping teams collaborate more effectively and efficiently
