Job Description
Nalley Honda is seeking an Internet Sales Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be driven, enthusiastic, and dedicated to sales, with strong customer service skills and computer skills.
Requirements
- Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Nalley Honda Selling Process
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
- Answer internet leads with in the stores required time and email product information with pricing
- Reach store goals and produce a 12-15% closing ratio on internet leads
- Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for clients
- Confirm appointments
- Test drives, vehicle walk-arounds, close deals and cradle to grave style
