Requirements
- Developing sales consultants

- Achieving monthly sales quotas
- Prior sales consultant and F&I manager experience
- Prior new car sales manager experience (preferred)
- 3-5 years of automotive experience
- Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
- Advanced computer skills with both Microsoft suite products and dealer management systems
