Job Description
Ascendis Pharma is seeking a Director of Finance Gross-to-Net Reporting to lead the development and execution of government pricing and GTN analytics across the U.S. business. This strategic role will partner with Finance, Market Access, Analytics & Commercial Operations to maximize net revenue, ensure compliance with regulations, and support business planning. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of U.S. government pricing and forecasting, and strong analytical skills.
Requirements
- Lead GTN efforts, modeling, forecasting, and accruals.
- Partner cross-functionally with Market Access and other US teams.
- Guide design and enhancement of automation tools.
- Implement new legislation (e.g., Inflation Reduction Act).
- Oversee end-to-end government pricing reporting.
