Job Description
Ascendis Pharma, a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Director of Pricing Policy and Analytics to evaluate the impact of pricing on the US market and develop an advanced analytics arm for the Pricing & Contracting team. The role involves data-driven insights, benchmark analysis, and collaboration with various teams to optimize pricing strategies and ensure compliance. This is a hybrid position with three days in-office for collaboration.
Requirements
- Hold a relevant academic degree in business administration, finance, healthcare management, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing and contracting, pricing policy, advanced analytics, or market access.
- Deep understanding of U.S. and global pharmaceutical pricing frameworks.
- Proficiency with tools such as SAS, R, Python, or Tableau.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
