Manager, Global Medical Affairs Planning & Effectiveness

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Manager to support impactful medical initiatives on a global scale. As Manager, Global Medical Affairs Planning & Effectiveness, you will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and enable seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
• At least five (5) years of practical experience, preferably in project support, analysis, or operations role, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Experience leading teams and projects within a dynamic matrix environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, excellent organizational/time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)
• Ability to travel up to ~30% of time domestically and internationally
