Ascendis Pharma is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to bridge the gap between medical science and healthcare providers in pediatric endocrinology and rare disease. The role involves identifying and developing relationships with KOLs, educating healthcare professionals, and supporting research. The position is remote and reports to the Director, Field Medical Team.

Requirements

• MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent
• Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience as a medical science liaison
• Pediatric endocrinology, endocrinology or rare disease experience preferred
• Outgoing and appreciate the opportunity to interact with healthcare providers and researchers
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize
• Strong ability to make decisions and impact department
• Ability to create materials and present to groups
• Valid driver’s license
• Safe driving record
