Job Description
ASCO is seeking a Service Manager for its Austin/Manor Branch to lead and manage the Service Department. This role focuses on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team development. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused professional with a strong background in heavy equipment, safety, and team leadership.
Requirements
- Prior dealership service experience in heavy equipment
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and dealer business systems
- Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations
- Valid driver’s license
