Service Writer

ASCO Equipment is seeking a Service Writer in San Antonio, Texas. The Service Writer will engage with customers, technicians, and other departments to schedule preventative maintenance and coordinate service needs. Responsibilities include managing work orders, providing accurate estimates, and offering customer updates. It's a customer-facing role requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a heavy equipment service technician or service writer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced/high volume dealership
• Detail-oriented, time management, and teamwork skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills and experience with G-Suite & other service programs
• Personal dedication to work safety and accountability
