Service Writer

ASCO Equipment is seeking a Service Writer in Austin/Manor, Texas. The role involves directly engaging with customers, technicians, and departments to coordinate preventative maintenance needs. Responsibilities include managing work orders, providing cost estimates, monitoring accounts receivables, and maintaining excellent customer communication.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a heavy equipment service technician or service writer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-volume dealership
• Detail-oriented, time management, and teamwork skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, and experience with G-Suite & other service programs
• Personal dedication to work safety and accountability
