Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to the Private Events and Premium Sales departments at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, AZ. This position plays a key role in driving event sales by managing leads, supporting proposal creation, maintaining CRM systems, and assisting with client experiences throughout the sales and event process.

Requirements

• Support private event and premium sales efforts across all Desert Diamond Arena event spaces
• Conduct market research to identify new leads, track competitor activities, and analyze industry trends
• Manage and qualify inbound leads before advancing them to the Director of Private Events/Premium
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Maintain and update client records, sales activity reports, and other relevant documentation
• Provide onsite event support as assigned, ensuring client satisfaction and successful event delivery
