2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, 5+ years of professional experience or equivalent education

9 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Tester with PeopleSoft HCM, 9 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, and 9 years of experience identifying requirements and creating formal functional documentation

Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field. 3+ years of Data Analyst experience in a government sector (Defense Health Agency preferred)
