Job Description
The Mentor-Protégé Specialist / Program Manager will support the development of new agreements, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and advance small business objectives within the government. The role involves drafting policy content, managing programs, tracking budgets, and liaising with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Lead Mentor-Protégé program oversight and administration.
- Draft policy content and coordinate reviews.
- Manage new agreements, reviews, and performance reporting.
- Track and report on Mentor-Protégé budget, expenditures, and outcomes.
- Liaise with DHA, industry partners, and small businesses.
