Job Description
Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Supervisor, FSQA - 1st Shift to join their team at their Swedesboro, NJ bakery. The role involves implementing and monitoring food safety and quality assurance procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal standards, and providing leadership to the FSQA team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in food processing, food safety, and quality assurance
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field preferred
- Knowledge of HARPC, HACCP, USDA, FDA regulations
- Experience with GFSI, BRC, SQF audits
- PCQI and HACCP training preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and statistical programs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
