Requirements

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and consistent production output
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues in bakery systems
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while following sanitation, safety, and GMP standards
• Complete maintenance documentation, logs, and work records accurately and in a timely manner
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures and proactively resolve issues
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to address equipment, safety, and food-safety concerns
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment performance and food safety
