Job Description
Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Tech 3, Bakery Maintenance to join our team at our Ontario, CA bakery. We create foods that bring people together and offer a workplace culture built on care, ownership, and growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4–7 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food or bakery manufacturing
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with reasonable accommodation as needed
- Ability to work safely in fast‐paced, hot, and noisy production environments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
