Job Description
Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic B to join their team at their Stockton, CA bakery. The role involves supporting the safe and reliable operation of bakery equipment, repairing and inspecting mechanical, electrical, steam, and hydraulic systems, and maintaining consistent production readiness.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Basic mechanical, electrical, welding, refrigeration, pneumatic, steam, and gearbox knowledge
- Foundational PLC troubleshooting and programming skills
- Ability to work weekends and adapt to seniority-based scheduling
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., perform repetitive motions, and work in bakery production environments
- Ability to obtain respirator certification
