Recruiter

At Aspire Living & Learning, we support neurodiverse children and adults, and we're looking for a Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will play a vital role in attracting, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates who align with our mission and values.

Requirements

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through a variety of channels to build strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand organizational needs and priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
