The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in advancing Aspire's financial strength and mission impact through high-quality data analysis and modeling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in FP&A, budgeting, or corporate finance; nonprofit or human services experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, UKG) preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to accuracy and detail.
- Able to clearly communicate financial information to non-financial audiences.
- Excellent organization, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
