Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in advancing Aspire's financial strength and mission impact through high-quality data analysis and modeling. This position supports enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in FP&A, budgeting, or corporate finance; nonprofit or human services experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, UKG) preferred.
