Assistant Principal

We are accepting applications for the 2026-27 school year pool for Aspire Central Valley Regional (Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto) Elementary and Secondary Schools. The Assistant Principal will assist the Site Principal in managing all functions of an individual school site for academic and extended school year, including education program, school culture, office operations, budget, community relations, personnel, and facilities.

Requirements

• Provide Instructional Leadership for the school site, including maintaining school-wide focus on high standards of student achievement, maintaining curriculum standards, and designing and implementing curriculum
• Manage process for analyzing data to increase student achievement, including students with special needs and related compliance and collaboration with SPED and Student Services colleagues
• Design and lead high quality professional development to increase instructional capacity of staff, including supporting new Teachers through Induction
• Assist in managing human resources, including attracting and selecting top performers, coaching and evaluating staff, and developing a collaborative team culture
• Represent the school site in building an effective school community, including designing and leading high quality professional development, communicating with parents, and garnering support from community groups and leaders
