Instructional Aide, SPED

The Instructional Aide assists students with special needs, providing personalized education programs and implementing IEPs under the direction of special education teachers. The role involves providing direct services, supporting students with toileting and health needs, and collaborating with the IEP team.

Requirements

• Knowledge of child cognitive development and different learning styles
• Familiarity with students that demonstrate extensive needs.
• Ability and willingness to implement students' individualized education programs
