Requirements
- Support classroom systems/procedures and help manage student behavior
- Develop and implement lesson plans and classroom activities
- Assess students regularly and analyze assessment data
- Collaborate with team members to improve instructional practices
- Track critical student information and maintain accurate student records
- Identify unique student needs and collaborate with team members
- Teach students in the after-school program
- Support a school-wide culture of high expectations and college preparation
- Actively participate in professional development activities
- Demonstrate knowledge of Aspire Public Schools mission, vision, value statements, and standards
