Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial disciplines preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving expertise
