Job Description
HID Global is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to design and develop bespoke equipment, test equipment, jigs & fixtures, and equipment supporting incubation and contract manufacturing requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related) with equivalent work experience or at least 7 years related experience in Equipment design and/or Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience in Contract Manufacturing environments and NPI transfers is advantageous
- Proficient in SolidWorks (or equivalent)
- Programming skills (Python, C/C++, or similar) for custom automation scripts
- Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Flexible, decisive, and proactive problem solver; team oriented and dependable
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
