People Operations Manager role at Assembled, responsible for scaling core People programs, owning People infrastructure, and designing processes to deliver a positive Assembler experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or similar roles
- Experience owning HRIS systems (Rippling experience a plus)
- Prior experience running performance cycles and engagement surveys
- Experience managing leaves and navigating multi-state compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making thoughtful tradeoffs with limited precedent
