Field Compliance Specialist
High school degree or equivalent, 2 years' experience in affordable program compliance and/or affordable property management experience, valid driver's license and insured operable vehicle

4+ years experience in the housing industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Construction Project Superintendent
Review contracts & reports, monitor construction work & progress. Support Pre-Acquisition surveys. Daily travel (40 hours/week)
Regional Manager - LIHTC / Affordable Housing
HS Diploma/Equivalent or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience as a regional manager and in the housing industry is required. Strong communication, compliance, and financial management skills are also key
Regional Facilities Support
EPA certifications needed (1 or 2). Valid driver's license and consistent attendance are required. Flexibility to adjust schedule based on needs
