Job Description
Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager for their diverse portfolio of housing communities. This off-site leadership role oversees all aspects of the portfolio operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial management, administration, and risk management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong leadership skills to ensure property compliance, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Experience in the housing industry (4+ years preferred)
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions
- Basic computer skills
