Job Description
Asset Living is seeking a Construction Project Superintendent to manage large-scale improvements on communities in a designated area. The role involves reviewing and approving construction contracts, coordinating site personnel, monitoring project progress, and providing reports. The position requires approximately 40 hours of work per week, including overnight travel.
Requirements
- Review and approve construction contracts.
- Identify and monitor in-house and contract community improvement work.
- Provide monthly reports to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with pre-acquisition surveys.
