Relocation Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing resident relocations within affordable housing apartment communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Housing, Social Work, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in affordable housing, property management, relocation services, or resident services
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs and regulations (HUD, LIHTC, URA)
