Head of Growth

Asseti is hiring a Head of Growth to build the company's go-to-market engine and drive revenue and growth in the market. The role involves scaling and building the entire GTM motion, leading a team of Enterprise AEs, and collaborating with marketing and customer success teams. The successful candidate will have experience building a GTM motion from scratch, selling and managing multi-million dollar enterprise deals, and managing a small sales team. They will also have a builder-operator mindset, systems thinking, and a bias toward experimentation and speed.
