This Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) role focuses on the institutional client, guiding them through their alternative investments journey. The role involves relationship management, proactive solution development, project coordination, and aligning with business development, finance, and legal teams. Success depends on building deep expertise and delivering seamless experiences.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- First practical experience in project management, finance, consulting, or customer success (advantageous)
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Excellent German and English skills, French is a plus
