This Senior Customer Success Manager role focuses on partnering with institutional clients in the Alternative Investments sector. The role involves overseeing the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term partnership development, leveraging expertise in financial, operational, and technological landscapes. The position requires strong client leadership, project management, and analytical skills. The position emphasizes client success and contributing to the company's growth.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, or client relationship management
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving retention/growth
- Understanding of alternative investment products
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent German, English, and French language skills
