Business Analyst (Pharmacy/Healthcare)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related roles within technology or healthcare.
• Experience with Agile development environments and cross-functional collaboration (Product, QA, Development, Client Services).
• Strong documentation skills — able to produce clear, structured requirements, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve, think critically, and anticipate user needs.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, and Jira (or comparable tools).
• Preferred: Experience in the specialty pharmacy, healthcare data, or patient services industry.
