Job Description
Wilson Blanchard Management is seeking a full-time Condominium Manager to join their Cambridge, Ontario office. Requirements
- Meet all annual industry licensing requirements with the CMRAO
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
- Critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning
- Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of various legislation, including the Condominium Act of Ontario
- Experience using Yardi and/or similar financial software
