Job Description
Wilson, Blanchard Management Inc., an Associa® Company, is seeking a dedicated Condominium Property Manager to manage client relationships, handle day-to-day operations, maintain administrative and financial tasks, and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. The role involves project management, budget administration, and communication with various departments and partners.
Requirements
- Prioritize and manage projects/contracts in a timely manner.
- Administer financial matters, including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and coding invoices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email).
