Job Description
Associa Surrey is seeking a motivated and reliable Strata Manager to manage residential strata complexes, handle operational and financial tasks, and ensure client satisfaction. This role offers a collaborative, supportive environment focused on delivering exceptional service and achieving impactful results.
Requirements
- Valid Strata Property Management License (BCFSA)
- Hands-on approach and strong client service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Sound knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies
- Superior communication skills
- Independent and team-oriented work ethic
