Job Description
Associa Victoria is seeking a licensed Strata Manager to manage the relationship with strata councils, handle operations, maintenance, and financial aspects of residential property. This role offers a collaborative, professional work environment with no office politics. The company emphasizes strong teamwork and client service.
Requirements
- A valid Strata Property Management License from BCFSA is required
- Positive and enthusiastic approach and hands-on approach
- Ability to multi-task, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Sound knowledge of financial and budget reviews
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
- Sound knowledge of financial & insurance policies for strata corporations
