Job Description
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking a Case Manager – Mental Health Professional (MHP) in Batavia/Central Kane County. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and experience working in social services. The position involves developing and implementing individual treatment plans, providing coaching, counseling, and consultation services, and promoting client wellness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
- Experience working in social services
- Certifications in First Aid, CPR, Non-violent crisis intervention training, CEU's and other relevant trainings
- Valid driver's license and liability insurance
- Ability to navigate stairs and provide services in clients' homes
