Job Description
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking a Case Manager Mental Health Professional (MHP/QMHP) to develop and implement individual treatment plans utilizing the IM+CANS to maximize clients' independent community living skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required for MHP
- Masters degree in Human Services for a QMHP
- Experience working in social services required
- Crisis Management experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
