Job Description
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a non-profit organization seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with individuals with physical, developmental, intellectual, and mental health challenges. The DSP will be responsible for implementing client Individualized Strategies, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing support with daily living tasks.
Requirements
- Maintaining a team approach in working with clients, staff, and outside agencies
- Implementing specific assigned programs from the Individual Plan or Implementation Strategy, and documentation per program procedures
- Planning and preparing meals by following menus and recipes written by dietician with client input and assistance
