Job Description
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for implementing the client's Individualized Strategies, under the direction of a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional, and demonstrating the Association for Individual Development's mission to empower people with physical, developmental, intellectual, mental health challenges.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or Autism Certificate desired
- Experience working with developmentally disabled adults preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license
