Job Description
The Corporate Legal Specialist serves as a specialized team member within the Legal Organization, providing advanced support to the Corporate Law Department on public company securities, compensation & benefits, and governance matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, legal administration certification, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or legal administrator, with demonstrated subject matter expertise in managing activities required of an active public corporate law department.
- Experience with legal technology platforms (e.g., Workiva, EDGAR Next, Intelligize) is a plus.
- Experience leading complex projects requiring collaboration with various functional areas.
- Experience serving as an expert and advisor with respect to corporate legal administration activities.
