Job Description
Assurant is seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and transform our global executive hiring strategy. In this high-impact role, you will build a dedicated executive hiring vertical within our Talent Acquisition organization and serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum of 10 years in executive search, senior TA leadership, or leadership advisory roles within large, complex organizations (preferably global).
- Proven track record managing C-suite or VP-level searches across multiple markets.
- Expertise in leadership assessment methodologies, psychometric tools, succession planning, and diversity strategies.
- Strong executive presence and consultative influencing skills.
- Deep knowledge of market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence tools.
- Experience partnering with CPOs, Executive Committee members, and external executive search firms.
