Astra is building mission-critical infrastructure for moving money at scale. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the first line of technical troubleshooting for our customers, responding to inbound inquiries, investigating and resolving integration issues, and providing clear guidance and support.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical support, integration, or solutions engineering role
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and comfort navigating logs, APIs, and technical tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to investigate and resolve integration or data flow issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with support systems like Zendesk (or similar ticketing platforms)
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and willingness to document solutions and processes for future use
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent practical experience
