Job Description
Ambient.ai is a leading agentic physical security platform that prevents incidents and modernizes physical security operations. The Technical Account Manager will guide customers from kickoff through implementation, onboarding, testing, and training to ensure smooth product adoption and deliver best practice insights.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Basic understanding of L2 switching and Linux networking skills
- Strong program management skills and experience managing projects at large enterprise companies
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with high integrity and desire to assist colleagues and customers
